Receptionist cum Admin Assistants duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
• Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
Document Clerk preferable with UAE experience required. Experience in UAE is an advantage. Employment visa provided. Accommodation provided. Medical insurance provided. Salary: negotiable.
