SALES MANAGER Job descriptions :
• Responsible for meeting his individual sales target and sales target of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
• Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets; decides the future course of action for his team members.
• Maps potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
• Responsible for brand promotion.
• Makes sure that the team is delivering desired results. Must know how to take care of the performers and non performers as supervision is very important. Motivates team member.
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
• A sales manager is responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Client relationship management is also his KRA.

Requirements
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
