Description: Urgently need operation manager: (Mechanical Engineer) with min 7 years or above experience Mechanical Engineering field.

Handling the company operation
Handling for project.
HVAC Drawing and system calculation.
Handling the service sales with customers by looking after the installation.
Strong experience in all HVAC system
Getting new projects (installation and maintenance)
Planning and controlling change

Requirements: • University degree in Business Management or related course.
• Minimum 10 years sales experience, 5 of which in Supervisory or Management level.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Experience in formulating business offers, presentations and contracts; formulate and conduct training modules.
• Has the maturity to resolve business issues, and creativity to extricate from tight situations with win-win solutions.
• Resident of or willing to relocate in Dubai.
• Middle East work experience not required but certainly a definite advantage
