Description: 1. Bring New Sales in the organisation’s core strengths, viz. MEP, Cleaning, Civil, Carpentry etc.
2. Maximise the productivity of manpower by efficient allocation and utilisation.
3. Minimise the transportation costs by logistics optimization and judicious choice of new jobs
4. Maintain an accurate job costing system and utilize to improve revenue and profitability
5. Set, guide and ensure a high standard of HSE discipline.
6. Obtain good value-added contracts across the MEP spectrum.
7. Maximize profitability by optimizing costs, expanding revenue streams and improving efficiencies.
8. Other tasks that may be assigned to in the future.

Requirements: Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organisational skills
