- Unimar is looking for experienced professionals for the post of Service Operations Manager to join our Operations Department.
This postholder is responsible for day to day management of operations and is responsible for the acts towards the customer’s satisfaction. In this role you will ensure that all operational and administration components and portfolio are delivered on time, within the scope of contract aligned with the company SOP’s. Coordinate, manage and monitor the progress of the work- Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of services- Manage customer support- Prepare, revise and submit reports, and other documentation- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Qualification & Experience:
5 years of experience in Service Industry handling operations department. UAE Experience will be added advantage
Past experience in Public Health Pest Management/Landscaping/Waste Management/Facility Managment
Bachelors degree in Agriculture Engineering/Zoologoy/Entomology
Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic
Extremely presentable personality
Highly Energetic & full of ideas
Business Writing Skills, Incident & Accident Reporting, Project Management
Strong in people management and development
Holding a valid UAE driver’s license will be an added adavantage.
Nationality Preferred: Lebanese
