- Description
- Business Relationship Management: Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers. Evaluate customer requirements and exceed drive cost-effective initiatives to meet customer business needs & goals.
Bid Management: Define customer’s quotations, follow up orders, payment collection and follow up delivery.
After-Sales Support: Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms. Provide strategic after-sales support services to clients. Prepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client specifications.
Customer Engagement: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and visit potential customers for new business.
- Requirements
- Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
