Description
Customer service: Deliver customer service, help customers understand changes, and manage complaints
Sales: Achieve sales targets, identify potential clients, and upsell products and services
Account strategies: Create tailored account management plans that include goals, strategies, and tactics for each client
Communication: Communicate with clients and internal teams, and present new products and services
Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure initiatives meet requirements
Reporting: Report progress and ensure deliverables are received on time
Problem-solving: Analyze client needs and propose solutions
Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Customer service orientation, Ability to work under time pressure, Organization and independence, and Proficiency in English.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
More education or experience may be preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
