Guest Interaction:
Greeting guests, providing information about facilities and services, handling check-in/check-out procedures, addressing complaints and resolving issues, and acting as a point of contact for guest inquiries.
Team Leadership:
Mentoring, guiding, and providing support to junior guest service staff, potentially overseeing their work and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Problem Solving:
Addressing guest concerns and complaints, resolving conflicts, and taking ownership of issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Operational Support:
Coordinating with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, etc.), managing room assignments, processing payments, and handling administrative tasks.
Service Improvement:
Monitoring guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement in service delivery, and contributing to the development of better customer service processes
Requirements
