- Inspect and maintain laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and ironers
Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Coordinate with vendors for parts and specialized repairs
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns
Assist in installation of new laundry equipment
