Description
Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
Supervise food prep and cooking.
Check food plating and temperature.
Establish portion sizes.
Schedule kitchen staff shifts.
Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or certification from culinary school is required.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
