Description: 1. Specialization in fabrication of Pressure vessels and minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
2. Your specific responsibilities are designing, modification, developing and suggesting new technologies, machineries and pressure vessels in order to remain competitive and have new technologies in our operations.
3. However, general duties can include testing and overseeing the production of equipment, as well as performing extensive and complex repairs on existing equipment.
4. Evaluate, inspect, maintain, design, analyze and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment. You have to work in distinct areas, such as electrical, mechanical or computer engineering and providing such support to management as per requirements.
5. Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
6. Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
7. Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
8. Provide the support to operation in-charge at site and operation team to handle the equipments and provide necessary trainings to them to handle the machineries.
9. All other duties and responsibilities related to designation and as per management instruction.

Requirements: Proven experience as production director
Deep knowledge of production management
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Outstanding communication ability
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Attention to detail
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
