Description: Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of logistics, such as contract negotiation, auditing freight charges, filing claims on shortages and overages, freight scheduling.

• Work actively in Loss Control and Risk Management.

• Develop and maintain programs for Inbound and Outbound Transportation, domestic and international to support the distribution of products from suppliers around the Globe.

• Support all internal areas such as Operation and Sales in their Logistics needs.

• Ensuring regular cycle count stock audits, reporting and following up on any discrepancies and adjusting stock to match the system and vice versa.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in logistics or business administration.

• Years of Experience: (5-7) years

• Familiarity with development of process and procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency

• Knowledge of customs Rules and Regulations

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Preferred to have an experience in lighting fixtures.

• Excellent to Fluent in English

Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Proficient in standard logistics software
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
