Description: A Housekeeping Manager oversees the entire housekeeping department within a facility, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness by supervising staff, managing inventory, assigning cleaning tasks, and addressing guest concerns related to cleanliness, all while adhering to health and safety regulations; requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Requirements: The ability to manage and direct the hospitality functions in accordance with ICC policies and procedures, and with state and local regulations is required. Knowledge of cleaning and laundering practices and techniques is required. The ability to exercise good judgment and make confident ethical decisions is essential. Must be able to effectively manage time in order to complete multiple tasks. The ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is required. Must possess computer skills for placing orders and creating department schedules. Requires frequent lifting, stretching, bending and standing for long periods of time. Requires pushing of linen carts.
