Description
You not only greet and check in guests but also help them experience various hotel activities by facilitating spa visits, restaurant reservations, and granting room upgrades. You also train new employees on proper guest relations procedures and oversee room service operations to ensure quality.
Requirements
-Ability to work remotely if required
-First rate communication and influencing skills
-Good at developing relationships with Operational leadership
-Flexible – able to work at all levels and at hands on level
-Good level of numeracy
-Computer literate in MS Office
