Description: Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service and handling complaints
Staff management: Recruiting, training, and managing staff, including those employed by contractors
Policies and procedures: Establishing and enforcing company policies and procedures
Operations: Overseeing all aspects of the propertys operations, including facilities, housekeeping, room rates, and food and beverage
Profitability: Controlling expenses and maximizing profits
Maintenance: Ensuring repairs and maintenance are organized and completed
Industry trends: Maintaining knowledge about industry trends
Communication: Liaising with guests, sales and marketing, contractors, maintenance, and department managers
Accommodation managers should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: Experience: 3 years minimum; Experience in UAE required; Bachelor Degree required; Arabic is an advantage; UAE driving license is an advantage; Indian preferred
