Description: Urgently need operation manager: (Mechanical Engineer) with min 7 years or above experience Mechanical Engineering field.

Handling the company operation
Handling for project.
HVAC Drawing and system calculation.
Handling the service sales with customers by looking after the installation.
Strong experience in all HVAC system
Getting new projects (installation and maintenance)
Planning and controlling change

Requirements: MUST KNOW ABOUT SIRA PROCEDURE, TRAINING OPERATION, AND SECURITY FIELD
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and trains security guards.
Hires and onboard new security guards.
Sets the security guard staffing schedule.
Creates all security policies and procedures.
Conducts regular security inspections.
Investigates security threats and breaches.
Writes comprehensive security reports.
Presents security improvement plans to executives.
Builds and manages the departmental budget.
Leads company emergency response training.
Recommends new security technology.
Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Ensures that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.
