Description
• Oversee and be responsible for the daily sales operations and general functions.
• Ensure maximum savings by reducing sales operational expenses.
• Monthly sales target and Sales budget achievement analysis and take necessary steps to achieve
the sales target.
• Guide and supervise all Sales department employees for achieving the sales target.
• Random pricing checks of the products.
• Keep record and enter relevant information of damaged / soiled goods.
• Minimize shrinkage in line with targets.
• Liaise with Sales Manager on stock related queries and requirements.
• To be on alert to identify any potential theft / suspicious people / transactions and suggest
necessary actions to the management whenever required.
• Communicate effectively with customers and ensure that a polite and a pleasant shopping
experience is provided to the customer.
• Take ownership and effectively deal with customer requests queries and complaints and
take necessary action from feedback
• Ensuring customer service is of high standard, and take corrective action if required
• Ensure prompt and effective replenishing of merchandise in store and also the effective space
utilization.
• Ensure all stock transactions are recorded on time, accurately and correctly categorized.
• Conduct stock counts as per requirement.
Requirements
Must have experience in Hospitality or Resort.
