- A good receptionist needed to work with our hotel.
You will perform the following duties.
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
Manage online and phone reservations.
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
- Requirements
- Requirements:
• Must have 3-5years of Secretarial experience
• Knowledge and know how to use AutoCad and Photoshop
• Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications and Strong typing skills, 50+ wpm
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
