Description
An Assistant Office Manager supports the Office Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. They are often responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating various office activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing vendors. They also assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and updating office policies.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
Experience: 3 years minimum
Bachelor Degree is an advantage
UAE driving license is an advantage
