Description
Develop HR planning strategies.
Recruit staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts.
Advise on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits.
administer payroll and maintain staff records.
Listen to grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience.

Requirements
* Have to experience in Managing People (Sri Lanka, Nepali, Nationality)
* Knowledge in writing reports, and incidences
* Preferred with a certificate in Hospitality (HRM)
* Motivated, Hardworker, and with a good attitude
* Well converse in English and talks politely
* Knowledge in Grooming and Hygiene Standards
* Can solve the occurring problem at the site without any cause.
* Can work without supervision.
* Knowledge of how to deal with ARABS, especially Emarati.
* Well Mannered, and Flexible in any situation.
