Contacting providers: Contacting health service providers to obtain information or documentation about claims
Following up on claims: Following up on outstanding claims and providing updates
Resolving rejections: Resolving claim rejections and resubmitting them if necessary
Providing customer service: Providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries about policies and benefits
Maintaining records: Maintaining accurate filing records so that customer queries can be dealt with efficiently
Improving service: Making suggestions to improve service and increase efficiency
- Requirements
- • Working knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant federal and state regulations.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
