Description
Payroll officers are compensation and taxation specialists who keep track of a companys payroll information. Their job is to track employee work hours, handle company payroll data, and issue employee paychecks at the end of the pay period.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or related field;
• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager;
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and labour laws;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools;
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software;
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems.
