- • File Management, Responsible for the proper documentation and filing of all documents emanating from the Dept.
• Assist in the Accounting reports, reconciliations, Accounts receivables, and payables. Cash/Cheques collections and payments, control, etc.
In charge of monitoring/tracking/dissemination of all incoming and outgoing documents from the Dept.
• Proactive, Customer service oriented at all times.
• Operation of various Computer peripherals.
• Acts as a Liaison staff for inter Department matters.
• Performs other accounting duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
