Description: We are searching for a committed and proactive Security Guard who will handle all required duties with the highest level of professionalism.

Job Duties:

-Remain visible and vigilant to your surroundings
-Check bags of persons entering to ensure they are not carrying weapon and/ or outside beverages (DO NOT stick your hands in anyone’s bag, VISUAL Inspections only)
-Makes sure everyone is safe and not in any danger
-Ensure that loiters are not entering the perimeter
-Ensure that exit ways and stairways are clear
-Patrol officer is to conduct continuous patrols, not sit, not fraternize, PATROL!
-Patrol will report any damage to the property immediately.
-Ensure that any persons getting out of control or too loud are calmly spoken too and calmed down. Keep noise level down.
-You are not use your cell phone unless on break
-You are to remain on radio communication with fellow security officer, in case they need your assistance. Use security codes.
-You are to respond to issues that require your attention
-You must report any maintenance issues (lights out, leaks, building damage) to warehouse manager
-Remain visible and vigilant to any suspicious activity or persons.

Requirements: A high school qualification or equivalent.
A qualification in security training.
Basic first aid skills would be advantageous.
Physical strength and fitness.
Prior experience as a Security Guard would be advantageous.
Attention to detail.
