An Administration Manager Assistant primarily supports the Administration Manager by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries while upholding organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
Assistant Manager Duties and Responsibilities:-
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.
Smooth out problems within the workplace.
Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Email and phone correspondence.
Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
