Description
Job Summary.
Reporting to Regional Inventory/Asset Manager - MENA: responsible to doing receipts, put away, cycle count, inventory Reconciliation, picking, packing etc. Job also include loading and unloading of the inbound/outbound shipments. Actively participating in sustaining 5S for the warehouse and keeping the warehouse clean and maintained. Also keeping in mind all the HSE processes and guideline provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As warehouse coordinator the candidate is responsible to participate in warehouse day to day activity. Responsible of doing physical receipts and stocking/shelving and update system accordingly Responsible of doing cycle count and reconciliation as and when required. keeping an eye on the MIT to keep it @ optimal level and following up with the suppliers. Job also include loadings and unloading of the inbound and outbound shipments verifying against shipping documents. Reporting all the discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor and submitting the NCR thru system and following up on the NCR for resolution. Maintain accurate data and scanning and filling receiving documents on regular basis and keep the original as per policy. Responsible to maintain and store physical inventory in the warehouse in proper and appropriate manners. Responsible to maintain good inventory accuracy and meet targets. Keeping all the equipment’s clean and well maintained under area of responsibility. The job include picking and packing of the product as well. Maintaining, organizing, and completing the Housekeeping and cleanliness of warehouse and area assigned by the supervisor / team leader. Responsible and helping in maintaining 5S for the warehouse and keeping the warehouse maintained and organized. Job also includes to follow the HSEQ processes and guideline provided by the management.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Required Focus software experience with warehouse management systems and inventory management.
3. Proven experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a supervisory and controller role.
4. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements for warehouses.
5. Experience with material handling equipment and technology.
6. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
7. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
8. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations that affect the warehouse operations.
