Description
Patient Management:
Greet, register, and assist patients, managing their flow and scheduling appointments to optimize efficiency.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with standards.
Financial Operations:
Handle billing, invoicing, and daily cash-up procedures, including managing insurance claims and related paperwork.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, and insurance providers, and address patient inquiries and resolve issues.
Customer Service:
Consistently meet and improve customer service expectations, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.

Organizational Skills:
Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office, customer relations management (CRM) software, and hospital information systems (HIS).
Education:
A high school diploma is essential, with a tertiary diploma or bachelors degree in a relevant field like medical science or finance being desirable.
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within the healthcare industry, is often required
