- Job responsibilities:
* They perform regular visits where they monitor the patients condition, assess their wounds, and change dressings as required.
* They provide care to patients in their homes under the guidance of a physician.
* Home Care Nurses also write reports and communicate with the doctor after each visit

- Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of practicing clinical experience.
- Clinical Case Management experience preferred.
- Excellent keyboard/automation skills.
