Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hearing Aid Technician to join our team. As a Hearing Aid Technician, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments. Your primary responsibilities will include fitting, repairing, and maintaining hearing aid devices, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will work closely with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and solutions tailored to their specific needs. In this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of hearing aid technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all ages. You will also be responsible for educating clients on the proper use and care of their hearing aids, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Fit and adjust hearing aids to meet individual client needs.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hearing aid devices.
Educate clients on the proper use and care of their hearing aids.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hearing aids.
Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and device maintenance.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Certification as a Hearing Aid Technician or similar qualification.
Experience working with hearing aids and related devices.
Strong technical skills and proficiency with hearing aid software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
