- Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and MOH-licensed Ayurvedic Doctor to join our medical center in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) license and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic medicine. The doctor will be responsible for diagnosing imbalances, prescribing personalized treatments, and guiding patients through holistic healing protocols in line with Ayurvedic principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed patient consultations to assess Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (imbalances) based on Tridosha theory.
Diagnose health conditions using Ayurvedic methods (Nadi Pariksha, Ashtavidha Pariksha) and recommend treatments.
Prescribe and administer Ayurvedic therapies, including:
Panchakarma (Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshana)
Herbal medicines, dietary plans (Ahara), and lifestyle adjustments (Vihara)
External therapies (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Kizhi, Udvartana)
Supervise Ayurvedic therapists and ensure treatments are performed correctly.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with MOH regulations.
Educate patients on preventive Ayurveda, detoxification, and rejuvenation (Rasayana/Chikitsa).
Ensure clinic hygiene, safety protocols, and ethical practice standards.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position (6 days/week, flexible shifts).

- Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid MOH (UAE) license as an Ayurvedic Doctor (mandatory).
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine (BAMS/MD-Ayurveda) from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Expertise in Panchakarma, herbal medicine, and Ayurvedic therapies.
Strong knowledge of modern medical terminologies (advantage for integrative practice).
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam beneficial).
Compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered approach.
