Description
• Represent the Company at various statutory bodies including the Immigration Department, Labour office, Health authorities, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Port authorities, Airport authorities, Electricity, Water authorities, and Traffic office etc.
• Processing and renew visit, transit, residence, tourist, employment visas, residence visa.
• Immigration, Consulates/ Embassies, Labor Law, RTA, Civil Defense, Dubai Labor Department, Dubai Immigration, Dubai Customs, Federal law, Economic Department all types of attestation in Government agencies such as MOE, MOF, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, RTA, DM.
• Update the management of the changes in laws related to Labour and Immigration departments and of other rules and regulations that have been amended and deemed necessary for the smooth functioning of the company.
• To process and follow all registration, renewal, cancellation or transfer of all company vehicles with the traffic department.
• To report to the Human Resources Manager on the status of the employees visa and other documentation of the organization.
• To maintain a record of rental agreements and renewals.
• To keep in his custody all Passports/labor cards of staff and follow up the renewal of residence visa and labor agreements.
• Initiate process for all work relating to visas, licenses, registrations, legal contracts, tenancy agreements, expiry etc
• Assist Staff members for medicals and Emirates ID registration
• Assist Staff members in the airport if necessary
• must be well versed about DHA,MOH,HAAD licensing and Registration procedure
• Maintaining proper filing of all documents in employee files.
• Assist in all general inquiries concerning Labour and immigration matters.
• Renewal of all Types company vehicles
• Typing of all the documents.
• Handling all bank related work (Deposits, Withdrawals and other related works
Requirements
Must be a licensed lawyer

Must have a qualified experience

Must be familiar with legal procedures in court

Must be verbally proficient in English as well as Arabic Language
