- An Office Administrator, or Office Manager, completes clerical and administrative tasks for an office. Their main duties include welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks, like answering phones and responding to emails.
- Requirements
- Education and Experience:
-High School Diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in administrative management.
-Must have experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
-Must have analytical skills, as evidenced by being able to think through problems, along with some proven decision-making abilities.
-Must have leadership ability, as evidenced by leadership roles through school and/or work experience.
-Must be proficient in handling routine and confidential correspondences.
-Must have good written and verbal communication skills.-
Must be highly organized and able to work independently on varies tasks.
