- The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat. This includes resolving customer issues, answering customer questions, and providing customer support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Answer customer questions in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide customer support to customers.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate level as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Track customer satisfaction levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma
