- responsible for providing administrative support to an organization. Their duties include organizing company records, overseeing department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Requirements
- A private art gallery is looking for a Gallery Associate To be fluent in English and French as per the fallowing required qualifications:-
1- knowledge of the contemporary art field and socially engaged practices.
2- quality written and verbal communications skills.
3- experience in contemporary gallery setting desired.
4- Ability to engage with multiple communities.
5- Knowledge of Mac platform and Microsoft office software.
The duties:-
1- Arming / Unarming gallery alarms upon opening / closing.
2- Open and close cash register.
3- keep from desk and galleries clean.
4- Assist gallery visitors
5- Insuring a safe environment for visitors and the artwork on exhibitions.
6- Coordinating the receding / returning artwork for sales gallery.
