- Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Requirements
- Education and Experience:
-High School Diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in administrative management.
-Must have experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
-Must have analytical skills, as evidenced by being able to think through problems, along with some proven decision-making abilities.
-Must have leadership ability, as evidenced by leadership roles through school and/or work experience.
-Must be proficient in handling routine and confidential correspondences.
-Must have good written and verbal communication skills.-
Must be highly organized and able to work independently on varies tasks.
