Description
Looking for Reservations Manager
Requirements
-Understand Revenue Management strategies and apply these methods to maximize occupancy per available inventory.
-Drive Rate and RevPar through selling the right properties to the right guests, ensuring revenue is maximized by up-selling reservations and recommending extended stays.
-Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure highest level of customer service is maintained and the maximum profit is generated.
-Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service - understanding and preempting guest needs to drive reservations and provide a superior experience.
-Book and enter reservation information using the Property Management System, ensuring full accuracy of data in order to continuously improve sales, marketing and experience strategies.
-Process and reconcile payments on all reservations, prepare and update reports as needed.
-Answer telephone, text message and email inquiries in a timely manner.
-Consistently demonstrate a commitment to guest experience excellence and profitably through special duties as assigned.
