Description
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service ,particular focus is on the customer, including ensuring guests have everything necessary to enjoy their stay.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the Guest Services department and ensure all service standards are followed
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
• Assist policies, procedures guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow department and service standard.
•Responsible for employees who working in customer-facing positions throughout ensuring that guests have overall positive experiences.
•With previous Experience in 4 Star Hotel
