- Job Title - Projects Engineer - Valves
SUMMARY:
Support the Project team in the management of all activities and processes related to full implementation of a customer project solution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with the Project, Operations and Commercial teams in the development, maintenance and management of all project schedules, costs, Quality Control/Quality Assurance and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Review purchase orders with the Projects, Operations & Commercial teams to ensure that the materials requested and shipped match the Customer Purchase order.
• Manage the expediting of all purchase order materials for projects including the coordination of logistical support efforts, transportation efforts and import and export procedures.
• Develop Project Data Books required to satisfy internal and external Customer documentation requirements.
• Review Material Test Reports (MTR) and supporting documentation to ensure that they meet the customer specifications.
• Coordinate Project Review Meetings with internal and external stakeholders as directed by the Projects Team Leader and any other responsible parties.
• Ensure that all the necessary documentation required for accurate invoicing of Customer materials and services are made readily available to the operations team.
• Communicate regularly both internally and externally and ensure timely and accurate information is passed on to the relevant parties.
• Plan for successful achievement of the project, order specification, schedules and maintain up-to-date status of assigned orders.
• Work with the Projects team in development of all project reports requested by internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Work with Customers and inspection agencies and coordinate for the approval of documents and inspections.
• Handle any post-order queries from customers.
• Support Production Manager/QHSE for routine audits.
• Travel as necessary in support of project requirements.
• Any other ad hoc duties as requested.
