Description: 1. Perform an in-depth examination of tender and bid documents related to landscape projects.
2. Scrutinize project prerequisites, drawings, specifications, and other pertinent details to make precise cost assessments.
3. Create and submit precise and competitive cost estimates, while ensuring adherence to project criteria and specifications.
4. Work collaboratively with both internal departments and external suppliers to gather all necessary information and formulate comprehensive estimates.
5. Identify and quantify opportunities for cost reduction and potential value engineering alternatives for each project.
6. Review and comprehend contractual terms and conditions to guarantee alignment with the estimates.
7. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and validate cost figures.
8. Establish and maintain an extensive database containing cost data, material details, and labor rates for future reference and benchmarking purposes.
9. Assess and analyze historical project information and performance to continually enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the estimation process.
10. Participate in initial project meetings to offer insights and suggestions concerning the estimation procedure.
11. Offer support and guidance to the project team during the execution phase, ensuring effective monitoring and control of costs.

Requirements: Estimation Engineer should have a Gulf experience in construction & Interior Fit-outs works
