Description
Preparing Invoices for local and International market (Both in focus & Excel)
Responsible for Preparing all export LC documents to be submitted to the bank.
Posting purchase entries in focus software (ie, material purchased from local and International market)
Posting expenses of company in focus software
Managing Petty cash expenditures and prepare all required settlements.
Ensure all payments to suppliers, staff and other external parties
Check monthly Bank reconciliation statement, resolved any differences in timely manner.
Reconcile account payable/ receivable transactions.
Posting all Journal voucher entries and adjusting entries in the system.
Assisting Accounts Manager for preparing monthly VAT & Audit purposes.


Requirements
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Bachelor Degree required
English required
Filipino preferred
