Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join Al Wisam Trading Company specializing in the sale and services of construction machinery. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our sales department and reaching new markets. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated geographical areas to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate untapped markets and increase sales.

2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in construction machinery and services.
- Effectively communicate technical specifications, features, and benefits to clients.

4. Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in collaboration with the sales team and management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.

5. Service Contracts and After-Sales Support:
- Promote and sell after-sales service contracts and maintenance packages.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction.

6. Technical Presentations:
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide in-depth technical explanations to clients during the sales process.

7. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team to refine product offerings and strategies.

8. Negotiation and Proposal Development:
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize sales agreements and contracts.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
