- Main Job Responsibilities:
• Clean the entire office at the start of the day
• Welcoming visitors
• Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
• Organize and control kitchen, office, and toilet material storage, keeping track of material consumption
• Answers the telephone if necessary.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
• Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the persons concern.
• Assisting office staff as requested.
Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 2+ year’s relevant experience as an Office boy
• Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Nationality: Indian
• Jolly and trustworthy personality.
• Any educational qualification is preferred
• Can join immediately
- Requirements
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
