Description
1. Draw up the communication procedure by company’s system document.

2. Draw up document templates based on actual conditions and company system documents.

3. Responsible for receiving and dispatching engineering letters.

4. Responsible for the document control for project.

5. Document Controller Duties and Responsibilities Manage and maintain all controlled company documents.

6. Update and control procedure documents and forms Create and manage document hierarchy and process systems.

7. Take charge of all document identification, classification and filing frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence.

8. Ensure revised documents are accessible Assist with communication during external audits Conform to company enforced specifications and Document Control Procedures.

9. Train Document Control Clerks and delegate and oversee their tasks.

10. Train stakeholders of company’s-controlled document processes to ensure correct handling of documents from the ground up Oversee document through its entire lifecycle (inception to archival)

11. Check and edit incoming & outgoing documents and prepare for distribution.

12. Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient.

13. Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic).

14. Log document requests and help retrieve documents as needed for stakeholders.

15. Make available, notify and distribute documents to relevant recipients Confirm delivery of documents to proper personnel Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders.

16. Perform other duties as assigned.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

High school diploma with a minimum of one year of related experience in office administration.

Experience with using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.

Preference will be given to candidates with a diploma or degree from a recognized post -secondary institute in the area of records and/or information management.
