Description
A kitchen manager oversees the kitchens operations and manages all aspects of the dining experience. They have a wide breadth of responsibilities, including safety regulations and managing the workflow of all aspects of food preparation. Their responsibilities include: Ordering food and overseeing food deliveries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in restaurant management or certification from culinary school is required.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
