- Description
- We are looking for a nurse with minimum of 3 years experience to promote and restore patients’ health as part of a team of professional and medical staff that includes doctors, social workers and therapists. Much of nurses’ time is spent with patients, monitoring them, planning and delivering care, and advising them on their health. You will work with a variety of patients and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.

Basic computer skills.

Experience in home health care.
