- We are seeking a knowledgeable, professional, and caring Neonatology Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in infant care and have specialized in caring for sick and premature infants. The roles main focus is to provide medical support and intervention to premature and infant babies who need specialized support such as ventilators, incubators, etc.
Neonatology Specialist Responsibilities:
-Assess each infant, their risk factors, and their needs from the care team.
-Create charts and files for each patient.
-Develop effective care plans for each infant.
-Provide care to high-risk infants.
-Provide nutritional and dietary support to infants in care who cannot access the mother.
-Perform various medical procedures as needed to ensure the health and growth of the infant.
