Description: We are looking for a Laboratory Analyst to join our team and contribute to the accurate and efficient analysis of samples in our laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our data and supporting the overall objectives of our organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for scientific discovery.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze samples according to established protocols.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy.
Document and report findings in a clear and organized manner.
Follow strict safety and quality control procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the laboratory.

Requirements: Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical sciences. Previous experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in the science and pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and analysis methods. Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety procedures. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis and documentation. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing laboratory tests and recording data. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot laboratory equipment and test results. Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with colleagues. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced laboratory environment.
