- MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To diagnose and repair electrical problems in electrical systems, including fault finding, rewiring and monitoring of systems in accordance with professional trade and health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide relevant electrical maintenance monitoring and support for facility electrical systems that includes fault finding, rewiring, monitoring.
Deliver planned preventative maintenance services for electrical distribution systems including ACBs, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs and all associated plant and equipment.
Operate switchgear and generator systems Installation of electrical systems in accordance with wiring regulations.
Support relevant administrative processes, including ordering of parts, to ensure equipment remain in good functioning order.
Contribute towards and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards, policies and regulatory requirements
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
Must pass a background check and drug test
