Description: Maintenance technicians are essential for keeping machinery and equipment running smoothly. They are responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements: -Previous experience of building relationships with clients/customers/estate agents/solicitors
-IT skills including Microsoft packages (workable knowledge)
-Good business sense
-Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
-Excellent communication skills
-Good planning and organisational skills
-The ability to work calmly under pressure
