Description: We are looking to fill the full time year round position of a 2nd year Maintenance Technician at our hospital. You will work closely with our Maintenance Department teams to use your knowledge and experience as an Apprentice Electrician. Responsibilities
To assist in preventive maintenance, inventory and recording systems
To observe and report any potential safety hazards.
Assist with Lift Maintenance in electrical aspects of the lifts.
Maintain a clean work area in safe and orderly fashion
Repair and test electrical systems
Assist other departments with general maintenance needs as appropriate
Adhere to occupational Health and Safety Codes

Requirements: Experience: 3 years; Bachelor degree; Experience: 2 year and above
Bachelor degree
-Previous experience of building relationships with clients/customers/estate agents/solicitors
-IT skills including Microsoft packages (workable knowledge)
-Good business sense
-Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
-Excellent communication skills
-Good planning and organisational skills
-The ability to work calmly under pressure
